Journal pages in Dori

This is what I have been doing in my journal. Gessoing the pages and adding watercolor, sticker or cutouts. I love how colorful they are. I prep ahead. this is just the journal notebook in my fauxdori. I now have a bullet journal notebook for all my tasks and stuff, I will post in a few days. I have the two calendars ,note booklet and folders. This system is working out good for me right now. As they say I have planner peace with it It is a journey to find something that works for you. You must experiment. It is only paper!

Flowers and coloing page

I love these flowers and these are the first blooms so far in our garden.
They are so bright and ediable also.

In my garden journal I tried to paint these Nasturtiums.

Gods colors of these flowers are just amazing! You just can't copy it.

But it is fun to try.

Here is a coloring page you can get at Karla's blog. that is so pretty and fun to do! My grands will love it too! I printed it out on about 60 lb paper.

This is my try at coloring it with brush markers.

I am so thankful for our beautiful summer days and all the Lord has provided.

My brothers drawing

I have a dear brother who lives in Arizona that is an artist also. This is one of HIS drawings that I have and that I just love. He drew this wonderful hound in 1972. Sence then he has painted many painting. Mostly Arizona scenes.
