I have been putting some color on my journal pages using the Faber Castell gel sticks and baby wipes I sometimes use just a tiny bet of water. You can make the colors bright or soft. Very easy to do and fast. So I can do a month of pages in a short time. I use this journal sometimes but right now I am back in to my leather fauxdori. But I put color on the pages the same way.
Just thought I would share that little tidbit with you.
