Journals

Journal update

I am still recovering from eye surgery but am doing well. Should be back to normal in a week or so.
I have been working little by little on a few journals. I added my own tabs I made to this one and it has been fun trying different things now and then .Some pages I just write in and not do anything fancy as I don't always have time. I have been looking at journals on Pinterest and have gotten several good ideas. I am even thinking about what I want to do in next yrs journal. I do like to keep track of my days and thoughts and as I think about what the Lord is teaching me and sometimes a thankful prayer. I was reading a blog last month and she said to keep track of those "wow moments" so I started doing that.  Wow moments are when you see something beautiful God has created, or a blessing that comes to you, a special moment, etc.

This is a fold out page I just had to try. Since this is not a binder I can't do to many of these. As it will make this notebook journal to fat. So my next journal will be a binder or the Ark system and I like the Martha Stewart Version and colors so far.

This is an old binder I have had for 15 yrs. I pulled it our and put some cloth duct tape on it and a few stickers to up date it. It is a sm Planner size.  So I am using it to keep track of art and craft things.

This is a business card holder that I put flags and sticky notes in . Again I made my own tabs.

More decorative sticky notes and a ruler.

This is just some cover pages I made with decor. craft paper I had.
I never bought anything for these. I just uses stuff I already had.
It made me use my imagination and repurpose things.

If you don't already journal I hope you will give it a try. It is such a special time to collect your thought for the day.
God Bless,

Philippians 4:6-8
New Living Translation (NLT)
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

I will bless the Lord who has counseled me; Indeed, my mind instructs me in the night.
