A little different painted project. This is an old lamp I decided to paint to match my sewing and art room. I think it turned out pretty well. And it was a fun project too! Isn't it wonderful what a little paint can do?
The before, it was gold crackle and tan.
And the after. Ahh just my style!
This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:5-7

Hi Sharon,
Thanks for visiting my blog. I, too, like to paint when I can. I love the lamp you did. It looks so much better than before. I look forward to seeing your upcoming works of art.
Ahh, your little lamp is so pretty now! Don't you just love remaking things to match your own style..

Hi Sharon... thanks for visiting my blog... and I love how you painted this lamp!! You are an inspiration. I saw a lamp I wanted just a couple of days ago for $180... ouch! Decided to wait and see if I can find at a yard sale this summer or build one similar and paint it myself... I'll look forward to sharing it with you when I do. Hope it turns out as nice as yours!! Blessings to you my friend.
